If you purchase from an EU Country you need to pay the Tax for the product, if you outside EU you will only get charged the price displayed on the product.
To update the price, click on "Estimate Taxes" on checkout and enter your country.
If you already logged in and your Country is outside EU, the price will be displayed correctly right away.
