We are very sorry to hear that, unfortunately though, this is out of our hands.

Payments are processed via a payment processing company, so we have no influence on that or are able to help.

Please make sure to contact your Bank and ask them to allow international purchases, as our payment provider is located outside US/EU and if you use a "Visa" card, your card must also support the 3D Secure Standard!

Only your Bank can help you in this case!
